Director and star Chow gets so silly it’s almost not even funny, in this live-action kung fu cartoon. He plays monk/striker Mighty Steel Leg, who realises martial arts are useful for a bunch of things—like steaming dumplings, triumphing on the football field or bringing estranged brothers back together!
