It’s 2007 and the peak of emo-culture is in full swing. Raphael Tinski just got arrested by a psychotic cop. Raphael has to move in with his sketchy cousin. Raphael just fell in love with a girl at community service. Raphael might get blown up by nukes. Raphael is not and never will be a rat.

Rats! is a deranged and proudly gross hangout movie with a stacked ensemble of compelling weirdoes driven mad by the constant threat of police ultraviolence. The stakes are ridiculously high, the jokes come at hyperspeed from all directions, and the body fluids are plentiful. One of the great ACAB movies.
