A gonzo documentary about a transgirl finding herself through the performance of puppygirl fetish material - true underground cinema!
After years of sexual repression, trans woman Milo realises she wants to fuck. But what does she like to do? Who does she like doing it with? And why does everyone assume she’s a puppygirl. Filmed gonzo style by friend and filmmaker Henry Hanson, Puppygirl documents Milo’s bizarre, hilarious and oddly touching personal odyssey to decipher her sexuality by performing in a puppygirl porno.
Puppygirl is the latest film from Henry Hanson, whose debut feature Dog Movie won the 2025 Best Feature Award at TITE (and screened with our friends at Gay24). A fresh look at (somewhat) emergent sexualities in the contemporary age, Puppygirl is another bold statement from Hanson; exciting, chaotic, jaw-dropping, and excruciatingly honest. A wild reflection on trans pleasure, trans pleasure, truthful filmmaking, and the power of making something weird with your friends. (with thanks to TITE Film Festival, who I've knicked this synopsis from)
